APPROVAL OF AUGUST 10, 1999 HRA AGENDA. <br /> 12 Motion by Faust, second by Thuesen to approve the August 10, 1999 HRA Meeting Agenda as <br /> 13 presented. <br /> 14 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 15 V. APPROVAL OF JULY 13, 1999 HRA MINUTES. <br /> 16 Motion by Cavanaugh, second by Faust to approve the July 13, 1999 HRA Minutes as presented. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 18 <br /> 19 V. CLAIMS. <br /> 20 Motion by Thuesen, second by Faust, to approve claims A-E below: <br /> 21 A. Legal Services: <br /> 22 1. Dorsey & Whitna in the amount of$869.37 for legal services rendered through <br /> 23 June 30, 1999 regarding HRA Acquisition of Residential Property for. <br /> 24 Redevelopment - Steiner Closing. <br /> 25 B. St. Anthony Shopping Center: <br /> 26 1. RLK Kuusisto. Ltd. in the amount of$2,154.85 for professional planning services <br /> 27 regarding St. Anthony Shopping Center for the period of June 1999. <br /> 28 C. Auditing Services: <br /> 29 1. Stuart J. Bonniwell iri the amount of-$2,500.00 per invoice dated June 30, 1999 <br /> 30 for professional services rendered in connection with the audit and preparation of the <br /> 31 HRA financial report. <br /> 32 D. Payment to Developer: <br /> 33 1. Raymond A. Hellickson in the amount of$11,021.87 payable from tax increment <br /> 34 monies regarding redevelopment project of Hellickson Addition. <br /> 35 E. Debt Study: <br /> 36 1. Springsted in the amount of$1,682.77 for financial advisory services performed <br /> •7 from May 13, 1999 through June 28, 1999. <br /> 38 Motion carried unanimously. <br />
