Housing <br /> counseling and mediation of tenant - landlord conflicts, contract enforcement and rent negotiations, <br /> outreach, fair housing referrals and education; monthly reports detailing utilization,median rents and <br /> rental demographics information. I conducted yearly rent surveys and'HUD reports. <br /> TELLURIAN UCAN (1989-1993), Housing Specialist and Social Work Clinician at the Emergency <br /> Shelter, the Transitional Housing Program and with the Community Intervention Team. I also served <br /> on the Housing Committee of the Madison Equal Opportunities Commission from 1989 to 1991. <br /> Dean Foundation For Health Educatinn and Research (1995-1997), research on the diagnosis and <br /> treatment of Psychiatric disorders in a primary care.HMO setting. Graduate school part time. <br /> VOLUNTEER NON-PROFIT EXPERIENCE <br /> BAYVIEW FOUNDATION, 1994-1998. TREASURER involved in finances, program planning, <br /> organization and management of 102 units of low-income housing. Grant writing and administrative <br /> oversight. <br /> EDUCATION CONUV><YTTEE,for the Dane County,Affordable Housing Coalition, 1996-1998. <br /> From 1986 to 1990 1 served on the Board of Directors of COMMONWEALTH DEVELOPMENT <br /> CORPORATION, a Near East side Madison, non-profit Community Development Corp.
