29 • Commissioner introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: H.R.A. RESOLUTION 00-014 RESOLUTION RELATING TO AMENDMENT TO TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 2-RAMSEY COUNTY (RAMSEY COUNTY NO. 7C); APPROVING THE TERMINATION OF TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT AND DECERTIFICATION OF ORIGINAL NET TAX CAPACITY THEREOF BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Commissioners of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of St. Anthony, Minnesota(the"HRA"), as follows: 1. Recitals. In connection with the financing of public redevelopment costs related to the Evergreen Townhomes development, the HRA has approved a tax increment financing plan pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Section 469.174, subdivision 9, which has established Tax Increment Financing District No. 2-Ramsey County of the HRA, which tax increment financing district is designated by Ramsey County as District No. 7C (the "District"). • 2. Termination and Decertification of District.- The HRA hereby determines that it is no longer required to collect any further tax increment from the District to pay public redevelopment costs beyond the tax increment remaining to be paid to the HRA with respect to taxes payable in 2000. The HRA hereby determines to terminate the District effective with respect to property taxes payable in 2001. The Executive Director of the HRA is hereby authorized and directed to furnish to the County Auditor of Ramsey County a written request to decertify the original net tax capacity of the District, such decertification of the District to be effective with respect to property taxes payable in 2001, and to take such other actions as neecssa;y t� h:, :�yui.�.0 ith respect to the termination of the District.
