My letter of September 10, 2000 to the Planning Commission regarding the Preliminary <br /> Plat, a copy of which is attached for your reference, discusses various matters relating to the plat and <br /> the ordinance requirements. <br /> 2. The final plat is essentially the same as the Preliminary Plat referred to in my previous <br /> letter, except that the line between Lots 2 and 3 has been moved to the east. Lot 3 originally had'a <br /> frontage of 313.36 feet on 37`k Avenue N.E. and it now has a frontage of 265 feet. Although Lot 3 is <br /> reduced in size, it still meets the requirements of the ordinances.
