Plat. The land to be subdivided includes Lot 1, Block 1, APACHE PLAZA 3`d <br /> ADDITION, Ramsey County, owned by Apache Animal Medicine, P.A., and Lot 2, Block 1, <br /> APACHE PLAZA 3`d ADDITION, Ramsey County, and Lot 1, Block 1 APACHE TERRACE, <br /> Ramsey County, owned by Village North LLP. The owners have applied to replat their properties into <br /> three lots in order to expand the size of the lot on which the animal clinic is located, decrease the size of <br /> the lot on which the Industrial Custom Products building is located; and create a new lot to the east of <br /> the industrial building. The property would be replatted as Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 1, APACHE <br /> TERRACE 21Id ADDITION, Ramsey County, Minnesota.''Lot 1 will be owned by Apache Animal <br /> Medicine, P.A., and the other two lots will be owned by Village-North LLP. <br /> 2. Zoning and Lot Size. According to a letter dated August 9,2000 from Harry S. <br /> Johnson Land Surveyors, Lot 1 is to be zoned C, General Commercial, and the other two lots are to be <br /> zoned LI, Light Industrial. The minimum lot size in the Commercial District is 15,000 square feet and <br /> the minimum lot is 100 feet. Lot 1 meets these requirements. The lot area and width for the industrial <br /> lots is the same, and the two industrial lots meet those requirements. <br />
