CALL TO ORDER. <br /> 5 Mayor Cavanaugh called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m. <br /> 6 II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. <br /> 7 Mayor Cavanaugh invited the Council and the audience to join in the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> s III. ROLL CALL. <br /> 9 Councilmembers present: Mayor Cavanaugh; Councilmembers Sparks, Thuesen, Horst and <br /> 10 Hodson. <br /> I 1 Councilmembers absent: None. <br /> 12 Also present: City Manager Mike Mornson; City Attorney Jerry Gilligan. <br /> 13 IV. APPROVAL OF MAY 22,2001 CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING AGENDA. <br /> 14 Motion by Mayor Cavanaugh to approve the May 22, 2001 City Council Regular Meeting Agenda. <br /> 15 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 16 V. PROCLAMATIONS AND RECOGNITIONS. <br /> 17 None. <br /> 18 VI. COMMUNITY FORUM. <br /> 19 Mayor Cavanaugh invited any residents in the audience to speak to the Council on items that are not on <br /> 20 the regular agenda. <br /> 21 Hearing no further response, Mayor Cavanaugh moved forward with the agenda. <br /> 22 VII. RAMSEY COUNTY COMMISSIONER JAN WIESSNER will make a presentation on <br /> 23 Ramsey County programs/projects. <br /> 24 Jan Wiessner came forward to address the Council and introduced her assistant,Maryanne Palmer,who <br /> 25 distributed the packet of information that Ms. Wiessner would be reviewing with the Council. Ms. <br /> 26 Wiessner stated she was happy to be back in St. Anthony. <br /> 27 Ms.Wiessner stated she represents District number two for the second time,as she was re-elected last <br /> 28 year. She highlighted some of the contents of the packet:the latest County newsletter,a city map,the main <br /> 29 report, and Ramsey County Update. <br /> 030 Ms.Wiessner reviewed the Parks and Recreation portion of the packet and identified the Long Lake <br /> 31 Regional Park as being the nearest County Park to St.Anthony Village. She made reference to the Soccer <br />
