This question of the issuance of Sunday on-sale <br /> liquor licenses is a separate question from the question of the issuance of on-sale liquor licenses <br /> to hotels and restaurants. <br /> Form of Questions <br /> Should the City Council determine to call for a special election on the question of <br /> the issuance by the City of on-sale liquor licenses, I recommend that the form of question to be <br /> submitted to the voters read as follows: <br /> "Shall the City of St. Anthony be authorized to issue on-sale liquor - <br /> licenses to hotels and restaurants as provided in Minnesota <br /> Statutes, Section 340A.601?" - <br /> Should the City Council determine to call for a special election on the question of <br /> permitting Sunday on-sale liquor.
