ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 02-038 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SIGN VARIANCE REQUEST <br /> FROM APACHE ANIMAL MEDICINE AT 2501-37TH AVENUE NE <br /> WHEREAS, Apache Animal Medicine, P.A., owner of the commercially zoned property at <br /> 2501-37th Avenue NE, has requested a sign variance for an additional ground <br /> sign; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission heard said request at a public hearing on April 16, <br /> 2002; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommended Council approval of said request <br /> contingent upon the current sign being brought up to code and the second sign <br /> must be built identical to the first sign. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby approves the request for a sign variance at 2501-37th Avenue NE, finding, as did the <br /> Planning Commission, that hardships, as required by code, are present; and that the contingencies <br /> placed upon the applicant by the Planning Commission are met. <br /> Adopted this day of , 2002. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for Administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
