41 <br /> CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 02-042 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY REDEVELOPMENT <br /> AGREEMENT RELATING TO THE NORTHWEST QUADRANT AREA <br /> OF THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY AND <br /> AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO <br /> EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT <br /> WHEREAS, Pratt Ordway Dominium (Developer Limited Partnership)was chosen by the St. <br /> Anthony City Council to redevelop the Northwest Quadrant area of the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony and Developer Limited Partnership desire to set forth <br /> understanding relating to said project; and <br /> WHEREAS, Ehlers &Associates, Inc., financial advisors, have submitted a proposed <br /> Preliminary Redevelopment Agreement between the City of St. Anthony and <br /> Developer Limited Partnership. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,-BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby approves said Preliminary Redevelopment Agreement, contingent upon approval of the <br /> Agreement by the St. Anthony Housing and Redevelopment Authority, and authorizes the Mayor <br /> and City Manager to execute said Agreement. <br /> Adopted this day of , 2002. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for Administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
