Slope Analysis <br /> The submitted information shows topography, not a slope analysis. We would <br /> recommend waiving this requirement in light of the flat, fully developed nature of the <br /> subject property. Todd should confirm whether this is the case. <br /> 4. Location and extent of water bodies, wetlands, streams and floodplains within 300' of <br /> the property. <br /> DSU has not seen this information for properties within 300' of the property but we <br /> assume it is not applicable (as the shoreline of Silver Lake is further away). Todd <br /> should confirm whether this is the case. <br /> 5. Significant rock outcroppings. <br /> We believe this to be not applicable. Todd should confirm. <br /> 6. Existing drainage patterns. <br /> Todd should confirm whether this information is complete. <br /> 7. Vistas and significant views <br /> The developer will present a straight line view, from Silver Lake Road toward the <br /> parking lot edge and on to the Discount Retail building, to the Planning Commission <br /> at the public hearing. This item is therefore waived from being required as part of the <br /> actual application submittal. <br /> 8. Soil conditions as they affect development. <br /> In our judgment,this information could be waived given site conditions.
