The Planning Commission will be considering two items, the <br /> Preliminary Development Plan and Plat for the entire site, and the Final Development Plan and <br /> Plat for the retail portion of the property. <br /> The Planning Commission previously received all Preliminary Development Plan and Plat <br /> documents in advance of its August 19, 2003 meeting. Included with those documents is -the <br /> Village at St. Anthony Design Framework Manual, which details site characteristics, proposed <br /> land uses, and design guidelines for streets, architecture, landscaping, signage, lighting, and other <br /> site elements. Please refer to your packet from the August 19 meeting to review this information. <br /> Because of the completeness of the Design Framework Manual, the descriptive information <br /> contained in that document will not be duplicated in this memo. However, this memo will <br /> summarize the main points regarding the PUD application for you to consider. <br /> PRELIMINARYDEVELOPMENT o . <br /> The Planning Commission is being asked to consider the Preliminary Development Plan and Plat <br /> for the entire property and make a recommendation of approval to the City Council.
