ANTHONY ZONING <br /> CODE TO ALLOW ADULT DAY CARE CENTERS AS <br /> CONDITIONAL USES IN COMMERCIAL DISTRICTS <br /> The City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby ordains: <br /> Section 1. Section 1635.03 of the City's Zoning Code is amended to add the following use as <br /> a permitted conditional use within a general commercial district (C District); <br /> (y) Adult Day Care Centers, licensed under Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 245A and <br /> Minnesota Rules, Sections 9555.9600 to 9555.9730. <br /> Section 2: This ordinance will become effective as of the date of its publication. <br /> First Reading: May 28, 2003 <br /> Second Reading: June 13, 2003 <br /> Adopted: <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Publish: St. Anthony Bulletin <br />
