ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 03 - 046 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SIDE YARD <br /> VARIANCE AT 2813-36TH AVENUE NE <br /> WHEREAS, the property owner of 2813-36th Avenue NE (Dave Stepan) has requested a side <br /> yard variance to accommodate an addition to his home at said address; and <br /> WHEREAS, at the Public Hearing, the Planning Commission recommended approval of an 11 <br /> foot variance at said property due to the following conditions: <br /> 1. The existing structure is within the setback. <br /> 2. The extra space on the lot will be put to a better use. <br /> 3. Granting the variance is in the spirit and intent of the City Ordinances. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby approves the request for an 11 foot variance at 2813-36th Avenue NE, by property owner, <br /> Dave Stepan, as recommended by the St. Anthony Planning Commission. <br /> Adopted this day of , 2003. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for Administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
