ORDINANCE NO. 2003-015 CITY OF ST.ANTHONY,MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 16 OF THE CITY CODE,BEING THE ZONING AND LAND USE CHAPTER OF THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY The City Council of the City of St. Anthony ordains as follows: Section 1.
