62 <br /> Staff Recommendation: <br /> The front yard setback variance is a significant request; granting it would impact the site <br /> lines along the block as all of the homes are basically aligned. If the petitioner were <br /> open to it, staff recommends the petitioner look at putting the addition onto the back of <br /> the home.
