Traffic flow; <br /> 2. Stacking in drive-through lanes; <br /> 3. Additional on-site parking; <br /> 4. Landscaping and berming on the north side have been addressed. <br /> Applicant had previously agreed to no right turn or similar signage at north exit. <br /> The neighbors have been informed that this is back on the. agenda and they could <br /> eview and plans at the City offices. <br /> Please review the attached information in light of this request.
