ANTHONY <br /> P L ANN=N G C OMM= S S 2 ON M=NUT E S <br /> MARL H 1 5 1 9 8 8 <br /> 1 The meeting was opened at 7: 30 P.M. with the Pledge of Allegiance led <br /> 2 by Chair Pro Tem Hansen. <br /> 3 Present for roll call: London, Brownell, Hansen, Werenicz. <br /> 4 Absent: Wagner, Franzese, Madden. <br /> 5 Also present: David Childs, City Manager. <br /> 6 FEBRUARY 16, 1988 PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES. <br /> 7 Motion by Brownell, seconded by Werenicz to approve with the following <br /> 8 changes: <br /> 9 Page 13 , line 25: Correct typo "or" between "side" and "whether" . <br /> •10 Page 17, line 15 : Correct typo "her" between "with" and "was" . <br /> 11 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 12 HANSEN TO REPRESENT COMMISSION AT MARCH 29TH COUNCIL MEETING <br /> 13 Commissioner Brownell indicated he would like to also be present when <br /> 14 the Chair Pro Tem made his report at the meeting which had been <br /> 15 rescheduled from March 22nd when the Councilmembers would be in <br /> 16 Washington, D.C. <br /> 17 PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> 18 Kenzie Terrace Signal and Sidewalk Signal and Sidewalk Projects As <br /> 19 Well As Senior Programs Given Go-Ahead for CDBG Funding <br /> 2.0 At 7 : 35 P.M. , Chair Pro Tem Hansen opened the hearing on St. Anthony' s <br /> 21 proposed use of its Year XIV Urban Hennepin County Community <br /> 22. Development Block Grant planning allocation of $25 , 222 by reading the <br /> 23 notice of the hearing which had. been published in the February 24th <br /> 24 Bulletin. No one present objected to its content or suggested <br /> 25 projects for funding other than the Hennepin County activities <br /> 26 proposed by staff. The Manager told the Ramsey County residents <br /> 27 present to discuss the TCF application, that county handles its CDBG <br /> 28 allocations in a different manner and suggested they drop in to see <br /> • 29 him at City Hall to discuss activities carried out in the northern <br /> 30 sections of the City. <br />
