He told Councilmember 9 Ranallo he believed it was better to wait for reform legislation 10 because there wouldn' t be enough time left this session to give 11 property airing to testimony from the Minnesota Taxpayers Association, 12 homeowners, and officials like the City Council related to the impact 13 reform would have on the different groups.
