Alwan intended to replace the kiddie rides with video <br /> 44 games if they were not used . Mr . Alwan responded he has <br /> 45 no such plans . <br /> 46 <br /> 47 Mayor Ranallo observed that a pool table is included on <br /> 48 the site plan. Mr .
