At a later stage, <br /> RLK-Kuusisto personnel developed and arranged <br /> financing for some of the key elements in the project. <br /> Park View <br /> This planned neo traditional development was <br /> recently completed in Farmington, Nrinnesota. The <br /> community includes small lot, single family <br /> development with boulevards, internal private parks, <br /> a large city nature area. The land uses included <br /> senior housing, office facilities, single family <br /> residential development, and medium density <br /> residential development, plus the extensive use of <br /> T1F. Richard Kriter directed the design and <br /> development process including the engineering and <br /> planning design, developer agreement negotiation, <br /> TIF analysis and City, Corps of Engineers, <br /> Metropolitan Council and DNR approvals. He was <br /> also responsible for cost estimation and preparation <br /> of development proforma. <br /> Kenzie Terrace <br /> This planned community in St. Anthony is a <br /> redevelopment of the older commercial area. The <br /> redevelopment consists of high density residential <br /> development, retail and office rehabilitation. Richard <br /> Krier directed the planning and engineer ng. He <br /> negotiated contracts and obtained both Minneapolis <br /> and St. Anthony approval, including extensive work <br /> with the neighborhood. <br />
