He has studied and prepared reports on the <br /> interrelationship of land development and fixed-guideway transit systems in suburban and <br /> central city locations, and prepared the Trade-Off Analysis for the Central Corridor <br /> AA/DEIS in the Twin Cities. Mr. Weber has compiled and studied a comprehensive . <br /> library of scholarly publications and planning documents on the relationship of land use <br /> and transportation. <br /> Environmental Impact Mr.Weber has assisted in the preparation of environmental impact statements for a <br /> Reports 3,200--acre sanitary landfill in Hennepin County, I-494, TH 610/252, Minneapolis West <br /> River Parkway,TH 14/52 in Rochester, 79th/80th Street in Bloomington, and the <br /> Savage Fen and Eagle Creek in Savage, Minnesota. <br /> Housing and Community Housing and community development assistance plans by Mr. Weber include two <br /> Development Assistance Comprehensive Housing Affordability Strategies, a Consolidated Strategy and Plan, a <br /> CDBG Plan for Eau Claire,Wisconsin, and a-Comprehensive Housing Plan for Willmar, <br /> Minnesota. <br /> Bicycle System Plans Mr.Webees bicycle system work includes a route linking downtown Milwaukee to the <br /> Bay View Neighborhood through the Port of Milwaukee; the 5.6-mile East River <br /> Bikeway in Manhattan, New York; the eight-mile Mississippi River Heritage Trail <br /> through Dubuque,Iowa; and system plans for Oakdale and Vadnais Heights,Minnesota, <br /> and Eau Claire and Superior,Wisconsin. <br /> Public Participation and Mr.Weber believes that inclusive participation and communication are keys to project <br /> Communication success.
