The &Devek)pment <br /> proposed split would involve the creation of a line running east/west located 55 feet south <br /> of the northerly border of said lot. See diagram number 2. <br /> The purpose of this split is to make Lot 2,Block 1, Apache Plaza an economically <br /> viable site for development. As the plat currently exists, there is not enough square <br /> footage for development and still meet Saint Anthony Village's parking ordinance. <br /> Diagram number 3 shows the current ownership of the parcels in question.
