• b., Antennas on existing towers. An antenna which is attached to an existing <br /> tower may be approved by the Zoning Administrator and,to minimize <br /> adverse visual impacts associated with the proliferation and clustering of <br /> towers, collocation of antennas by more than one carrier on existing towers <br /> shall take precedence over the construction of new towers,provided such <br /> collocation is accomplished in a manner consistent with the following: (i) a <br /> tower which is modified or reconstructed to accommodate the collocation of <br /> an additional antenna shall be of the same tower type as the existing tower, <br /> unless the Zoning Administrator allows reconstruction as a monopole. <br /> (3) New towers in non-residential zoned districts. Locating any new tower in a non- <br /> residential zoning district other than industrial or commercial,provided a <br /> licensed professional engineer certifies the tower can structurally accommodate <br /> the number of shared users proposed by the applicant; the Zoning Administrator <br /> concludes the tower is in conformity with the goals set forth in section ; <br /> the tower meets the setback requirements in section and separation <br /> distances in--Section ; and the tower meets the following height and usage <br /> criteria: <br /> a. for a single user, up to ninety C___) feet in height; <br /> b. for two users, up to one hundred twenty (__) feet in height; and <br /> c. for three or more users, up to one hundred fifty feet in height. <br /> • SECTION V. APPLICATION FOR WTFs. <br /> A. Application. In addition to an applicant's name, address, proposed site for a WTF <br /> antenna or tower, site plan, grading and landscaping plans, written permission of the property <br /> owner, and other such similar information, an application for a CUP, building or other permit <br /> relating to the installation or construction of a WTF or a tower,the applicant shall include the <br /> following: <br /> (1) A statement indicating that failure to comply with the conditions of approval <br /> shall result in the revocation of the permit and removal of the facility. <br /> (2) A statement indicating that the expenses incurred by the City to enforce the <br /> provisions of the permit shall be reimbursed by the applicant. <br /> (3) A statement which requires the applicant to utilize the procedures established by <br /> the FCC to resolve any complaints received relating to interference allegedly <br /> caused by the facility. <br /> (4) A statement indicating the applicant will cooperate in good faith and fair dealing <br /> in collocating wireless telecommunication facilities. <br /> • (5) A statement indicating that the WTF shall be maintained in good and safe condition <br /> and to preserve its original appearance and concealment, disguise or camouflage <br /> 9 <br />
