• of the City Code. An evaluation report is valid for 1 year from the date of its <br /> issuance. The report is valid only for the owner listed on the report. <br /> 1306.04 Exceptions. The provisions of this Section do not apply to: <br /> Subd. 1. New Construction. Any newly constructed dwelling or structure when <br /> title is transferred to the first owner. <br /> Subd. 2. Sale to a Public Entity. The sale or transfer of title of any dwelling or <br /> structure to a public entity. <br /> Subd. 3. Demolition. The sale or transfer of title of any dwelling or structure <br /> for the purpose of demolition. <br /> Subd. 4. Conveyance by Sheriff or other Public or Court Officer. The sale or <br /> conveyance of any dwelling or structure by a sheriff or other public or court <br /> officer in the performance of their official duties. This exemption does not <br /> apply to the sale of a dwelling or structure by a person appointed by a probate <br /> court. <br /> • Subd. 5. Apartments. As regulated by Section 570 of this Code. <br /> 1306.05 Inspector Requirements. <br /> Subd. 1. Inspector License Required. No person, other than a licensed private <br /> housing inspector, shall conduct housing inspections or complete a housing <br /> evaluation report without first having received a license from the City. <br /> Subd. 2. Application Process. Any person desiring a license to conduct <br /> housing evaluations for the City shall make a written application to the City. <br /> The application for such license shall state the name and address of the applicant <br /> and such other additional information as the City Manager may require. The <br /> application shall contain a hold harmless and indemnity provisions running from <br /> the applicant to the City of St. Anthony and be signed by the person to whom <br /> the license will be issued. <br /> Subd. 3. Application Fee. The application form shall be accompanied by a <br /> non-refundable inspector license fee in accordance with Section 500.01 of this <br /> Code. <br /> Subd. 4. License Denial, Suspension, and Revocation. The license for any <br /> private housing inspector may be denied, suspended or revoked in accordance <br /> with Section 500.13 of this Code, and as may be amended. <br /> 3 <br />
