This is the first official step in the development review and <br /> approval process for the proposed Village at St. Anthony PUD. The information that has been <br /> submitted by the development team at this time is actually consistent with the level of <br /> information required for the Preliminary Development Plan stage, as defined by the PUD <br /> ordinance. Since this is a major project and one of the first to be processed through the new PUD <br /> ordinance, we have attached a copy of the ordinance for your reference. <br /> Many of you participated in the city's planning process that preceded the developer selection <br /> process. You will remember from that process that we intentionally stopped at the point of <br /> articulating design principles and objectives, and we anticipated the preparation and adoption of <br /> specific design standards when the actual development was proposed. Therefore, attached for <br /> your review at this time is the Design Framework Manual for this development. It contains a <br /> complete summary of the entire planning process.
