An application for a permit must include the following and be accompanied by the fee set forth in <br /> Section 600: <br /> (a) The type of fill to be used. <br /> (b) A finished grade plan. <br /> (c) A program for rodent, fire, dust and noxious weed control. <br /> (d) Controls for streets. <br /> (e) Controls for materials dispersed by wind or spillage. <br /> (f) Plans for maintenance of the site. <br /> (g) Plans for erosion control, including the proposed type of ground cover. <br /> (h) An assessment of the environmental impact upon wetlands, watercourses and water <br /> ponding areas. <br /> Section.1655 ' PLANNE D UNIT DEVELOPMENT. <br /> 1655.01 Purpose. The purpose of this Section 1655 is to provide for planned unit developments <br /> within the City. <br /> 1655.02 Definitions. <br /> Subd. 1. PUD. A PUD is a zoning district and development plan which may include single <br /> or mixed uses, and one or more lots or parcels, and which is intended to create a more <br /> flexible, creative and efficient approach to the use of land. Any PUD shall be subject to the <br /> procedures, standards and regulations contained in this Section 1655. A PUD site must be <br /> at least 3 acres in size, and applications for PUD approval will not be considered.for sites of <br /> less than 3 acres. <br /> Subd. 2. Development Review Committee. The Development Review Committee shall be . <br /> a committee as appointed by the.City Manager from time to time to conduct.a review of all <br /> development plans for any PUD. <br /> Subd. 3. Sketch Plan. A Sketch Plan means an informal development plan presented by a <br /> PUD applicant as provided in Section 1655.10, Subd. 2. <br /> Subd. 4. Preliminga Development Plan.. A Preliminary Development Plan means a formal <br /> development plan in preliminary form presented by a PUD applicant as provided in <br /> 16-39 <br />
