ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 03 - 094 <br /> A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 03-073 <br /> APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE <br /> COMPREHENSIVE SIGN PLAN FOR THE <br /> ST. ANTHONY SHOPPING CENTER <br /> WHEREAS, at a public hearing held on August 19, 2003, the St. Anthony Planning <br /> Commission considered a request by the owners of the St. Anthony Shopping <br /> Center for an amendment to the Comprehensive Sign Plan for the St. Anthony <br /> Shopping Center; and <br /> WHEREAS, on August 26, 2003, the City Council considered said petition and requested <br /> further dialogue on this matter; and <br /> WHEREAS, subsequently, at a public hearing held on September 16, 2003, the St. Anthony <br /> Planning Commission recommended Council approval of the following addition <br /> to the Plan: <br /> 7. Lettering may be yellow in color; and <br /> WHEREAS, at a continuation of the public hearing related to this matter,held on October 21, <br /> 2003, the Planning Commission recommended Council approval of said request <br /> and added the following to the St. Anthony Shopping Center Comprehensive <br /> Plan: <br /> 7. Lettering may be yellow and/or white in color. <br /> 8. Allow up to two logo signs, with each sign up to 25% of the allowable <br /> signage per the Comprehensive Sign Plan, for a total of 50%,but no <br /> individual logo sign shall exceed 20 square feet in area, for a total of 40 <br /> square feet. <br /> 9. Any and all temporary signage at the St. Anthony Shopping Center must <br /> adhere to City sign ordinance. <br /> 10. Any and all signage for tenants of the St. Anthony Shopping Center must <br /> be in conformance with the St. Anthony Shopping Center Comprehensive <br /> Sign Plan and must meet all applicable requirements in the St. Anthony <br /> sign ordinance. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby approves the request for an amendment to the Comprehensive Sign Plan for the St. <br />
