• <br /> RESOLUTION 82--009 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ENGINEERING HELP <br /> FROM MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION <br /> BE .IT RESOLVED that pursuant to statutory authority , the <br /> St. 'Anthony City Engineer, for and on behalf of the City of <br /> St. Anthony, is hereby authorized, upon approval of the City <br /> Manager, to request and obtain from the Minnesota Department <br /> of Transportation needed supplementary engineering and <br /> technical- services during the year 1982 , for which payment <br /> will be made by the City of St. Anthony upon receipt of <br /> verified claims from the Commissioner of Transportation. <br /> FURTHERMORE, that a copy of this resolution be sent to the <br /> City Engineer and the Department of Transportation. <br /> • <br /> Adopted this day of 1982 . <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for adminis-zration: <br /> City Manager <br /> • <br />
