In order to set a clear <br /> policy on fences within the City, staff has prepared -the attached ordinance to <br /> address the problem. <br /> • FISCAL IMPACT: <br /> ALTERNATIVES : <br /> 1 . Leave the ordinance as it is at present, and attempt to resolve problems <br /> between neighbors and regarding fences on City property as they arise ( i .e. , <br /> after the fence is constructed) . <br /> 2.
