Thirteen <br /> ( 13) of those cases met the criteria for an active investigation. <br /> I carried an additional twenty-three (23) cases from previous <br /> months into December. <br /> Those cases investigated for December, 1982 , are as follows : <br /> 1 - Felony Theft 1 - Suspect 1 - Charged <br /> 2 - Residential Burglaries 3 - Suspects 2 - Charged <br /> 3 - Gross Misdemeanor D.W. I . 3 - Suspects 3 - Charged <br /> 1 - Flee Police in M.V. 1 - Suspect Refer to <br /> City Attorney <br /> 2 - Simple Robberies No Suspects Developed <br /> 1 - Terroristic Threats 1 - Suspect Pending <br /> 1 - Assault - 4th Degree 1 - Suspect Pending <br /> 2 - Possession Controlled Sub. 4 - Suspects 2 - Charged <br /> There were sixteen (16) residential burglaries and one ( 1) busi- <br /> ness burglary in December, 1982 . <br /> Total loss from theft, burglary, robbery and check cases $22 , 645 . 00 <br /> Total loss from damage to property $ 575. 00 <br /> Total recovery of stolen property, contraband and <br /> abandoned property $ 8, 600. 00 <br /> No special details or operations for December, 1982 . <br /> Officers Luther and Johnston should be commended for the fine job <br /> in the subsequent arrest of two juveniles at the scene of a resi- <br /> dential burglary December 20, 1982 . <br /> RE: c z <br />
