' That :hmi the Minnesota waste Management Board considers including this proposed area in the final inventory of preferred areas, it should con- sider the following items: a. ••The proximity of the proposed site to Gross Golf Course to the west and growing commercial activity to the east. b. The proximity of the proposed site to residential development to the southeast of the site and to the northwest of the site. c. The inconclusiveness of the data gathered an the soil and aquifer conditions; and whether.the aquifers are adequately protected. d. The potential effects on future commercial development due to the proximate location of the processing facility. e.
