"Bonds" means revenue bonds or general obligation bonds issued "Minnesota Environmental Policy Act" means Minnesota Statutes, <br /> by the Agency or by the City to finance acquisition of the Sections 116D.Ol,let-seq. , as amended. <br /> Redevelopment Property (and related costs). The .term "Bonds" <br /> shall also include any revenue bond's or general obligation I "Mortgage" means any mortgage made by Redeveloper which covers, <br /> bonds issued by the Agency or the City to refund any Bonds. in whole or in pact, the Redevelopment Property and i$ approved <br /> by the Agency under Article VII. <br /> "Certificate of Completion" means a certification in the form <br /> attached as Exhibit 1 to a Deed, to be provided to Redeveloper, "Mortgagee" means; the owner or holder of a Mortgage. <br /> or a purchaser of part of the Redevelopment Property, pursuant <br /> to Section 4.4.
