<br /> COUNTY WHEREAS, at a meeting of the Village Council of the Village
<br /> OF HE HF.NNEPIN) of St. Anthony, duly held on the Ilth day of December, 1962, an
<br /> ordinance was duly passed by said council, which ordinance is
<br /> I, Curtis V. O'Connor, being the duly qualified and acting \'il- entitled:
