• <br /> RESOLUTION 83-034 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 3 <br /> PERTAINING TO THE ST. ANTHONY BOULEVARD BRIDGE <br /> PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS , the St. Anthony Boulevard Bridge Project is nearing com- <br /> pletion; and <br /> WHEREAS, the amount of sod needed for said project was more than <br /> estimated in the original bid; and <br /> WHEREAS , Change Order No. 3 indicates quantity and cost for the needed <br /> sod, which cost will not result in charges over the original bid <br /> price. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council hereby approves <br /> Change Order No. 3 for the purchase of additional sod needed for the <br /> • St. Anthony Boulevard Bridge Project. <br /> Adopted this day of 1983 . <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST : <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br /> • <br />
