In order to best serve your needs which primarily <br /> depend upon the services of Richard Krier, we feel it-would be best to <br /> assign the contract with St. Anthony Housing and Redevelopment Authority <br /> to his new place of employment, Derrick Land Company- for all work performed <br /> after August 15, 1983. <br /> With your approval we will make arrangements for that assignment. - Mr. Krier <br /> would continue to be program manager working with you until the project is <br /> completed. The billing rate, time schedule, work. program and other activities <br /> of the contract would remain in force. We apologize if this transfer creates <br /> any inconvenience but know you will continue to receive outstanding service <br /> from Mr. Krier. Compensation for work done through August 15, 1983 will be <br /> payable to Westwood Planning & Engineering Company. Compensation for services <br /> performed after August 15, 1983 will be payable ,to Derrick Land Company. <br /> If this request meets with your approval, please take the appropriate action <br /> assigning the contract.
