ANTHONY NOTICE OF HEARING TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony, that it will hold a public hearing in the City Council Chambers, 3301 Silver Lake Road (enter northeast corner) , in the City of St. Anthony, County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota on Tuesday, January 8, 1985 at 8:00 P.M. to consider the imple- mentation of the Walbon Redevelopment Plan and Tax Increment Districts by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of St. Anthony, a public body, corporate and politic. The St. Anthony Redevelopment Project and Walbon Redevelopment Plan, which said plan will be filed in the office of the City Clerk, City Administrative Offices, in the City of St. Anthony, County of Hennepin State of Minnesota, and includes an area bounded and generally described as the southwest corner of the inter- section of 33rd Avenue N.E. and Old Highway 8 and containing approximately 110,000 square feet.
