That CITY/TOWN shall pay to WBAC a monthly sum for <br /> Animal Control Service in calendar year 1986 pursuant <br /> to the following schedule : <br /> A) Price per hour for scheduled patrolling based <br /> upon actual time in service for CITY/TOWN . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $ 18 . 40 <br /> B ) Price per hour for unscheduled call -out <br /> service based upon actual time in service for <br /> CITY/TOWN (minimum two hours ) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $ 18 . 40 <br /> C ) Price per animal per day , or fraction thereof , <br /> to board impounded animals for CITY/TOWN . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $5 . 00 <br /> D ) Price per animal (dog or c.at ) for euthanasia . . . . . . . . . . . . $7 . 00 <br /> 12 . That CITY/TOWN shall pay a _fixed veterinary bill in the amount <br /> of $25 . 00 per animal for unclaimed animals requiring medical <br /> attention . Owners claiming their animals shall be charged the <br /> veterinary bill in its entirety . <br /> 13 . The charge for animals picked up at the request of an owner <br /> shall be charged to such owner at the rate of $25 . 00 per animal . <br /> • 14 . That CITY/TOWN shall make all payments provided herein promptly <br /> upon receipt of monthly statements from WBAC . <br /> 15 . That CITY/TOWN shall appoint the Animal Control Wardens of WBAC <br /> as CITY/TOWN Animal Control Wardens with powers to enforce <br /> CITY/TOWN Animal Control ordinances . <br /> THIS CONTRACT shall be in full force and effect from the date first <br /> above written , to the 31st day of December , 1986 , unless earlier <br /> cancelled be either party upon thirty ( 30 ) days written notice to the <br /> other party of the cancellation thereof . <br /> IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED , by and between the parties hereto , that all <br /> the covenants. and agreements herein contained shall extend to and be <br /> obligatory upon the successors and assigns of the respective parties . <br /> IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF , the parties have caused this contract to be <br /> signed in their behalf by the proper officers thereunto duly authorized <br /> and their corporate seals to be hereto affixed , the day and year first <br /> above written . <br /> WHITE BEAR ANIMAL CONTROL , INC . , CITY OF ST .
