-6- <br /> The Manager had distributed copies of the- December 14th letter from Roscella . • <br /> Connelly, staff volunteer on- the Eastsi-de Hennepin County -Human Services Council , <br /> Inc. , .-in which Mrs. Connelly had recommended Roger Leppla be reappointed .to serve <br /> as the City' s representative on :the Council for another two years .
