Childs , City Manager <br /> SUBJECT: Elmwood Lutheran Church Conditional Use Request <br /> ---------------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> At the request of the City Council , a special meeting of the Planning <br /> Commission has been called for Tuesday , January 3 , 1984 , at 7 : 30 P .M. <br /> The purpose of the meeting is for consideration of the Conditional <br /> Use request from Elmwood Church to construct an addition to their <br /> property at 3615 Chelmsford Road . <br /> As you may remember, the Planning Commission recommended denial of <br /> this request last summer due to objections of the neighbors and the <br /> size of the addition versus its proximity to tho neighbors . <br /> Since that time , the Church and neighbors have met and resolved all <br /> • concerns about the proposal .
