All animal control services will be provided by White Bear Animal Control , Inc . for the contract fee of $280 . 00 per month . This service will include all call -outs by the City for the pick-up of all domestic animals . 2 . White Bear Animal Control , Inc . will provide after hours emergency call -out service to the City at no additional charge . 3 . Owners claiming their animals will be charged a boarding fee of $5 . 00 per day . - There will be no additional charge to the City for the boarding of unclaimed animals . However , the City will be charged -a • boarding fee of $-5..-00 pe-r day for unc-1 ai med animal s--quarantined by order of the City . 4 . There will be no additional charge for the disposal of unclaimed animals . 5 . White Bear Animal Control , Inc . will provide regularly scheduled patrol service at the rate of $12 . 00 per hour . 6 . White Bear Animal Control , Inc . will collect and retain an impoundment fee of $25. 00 per animal from owners claiming their animals . The City will not be charged an impoundment fee for unclaimed animals. 7 . Pick up of animals at the request of their owners shall be billed to the owners at the rate of $25 . 00 per animal . 8 . The City will be charged a fixed veterina-ry bill of $25.-00 per animal for unclaimed animals requiring medical attention . Owners claiming their animal s will be charged the veter'i-nary bill in its entirety .
