Halvorson cz)'j14 296-0524 <br /> Hydraulics Engineer <br /> SUBJECT: SAP 27-619 County Road D <br /> Silver lake Road to Cleveland Ave. <br /> Storm Sever in New Brighton, Roseville and St. Anthony <br /> We have made a preliminary review of the Storm sever features of this <br /> plan and find that State Aid funds can be authorized for 57.22% of the <br /> costs. This amount reflects a credit to St. Anthony and New brighten <br /> for the use of inplace outfall lines. Of this 67.2215 72.94% shall be <br /> charged to Ramsey County State Aid and 27.06% to Hennepin County State Aid. <br /> The plan, as presented at this time, is adequate for State Aid needs. <br /> However, we will be glad to make a final review and a firm cost Sroration <br /> when detailed plans are presented for State Aid approval. <br /> In the event that Federal Aid Urban funds are to be used on this projectl <br /> FAU funds would act to reduce the State Aid contribution only with the • <br /> Cities contribution remaining the same.' <br /> For the convenience of the Counties, in their negotiations with the Cities <br /> Involved, we have made a complete breakdown of the costs based an the ratio <br /> of contributing areas with State Aid funding and credits appropriately <br /> applied.
