i <br /> I <br /> I <br /> RESOLUTION 84-013 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROGRAM OF TECHNICAL <br /> j ASSISTANCE IN LABOR MANAGEMENT RELATIONS <br /> PROVIDED BY LABOR RELATIONS ASSOCIATES, INC. <br /> i FOR CALENDAR YEAR 1984 <br /> i <br /> I <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony desires con- <br /> tinuation of a program of technical assistance in labor relations <br /> management; and <br /> WHEREAS, description of a labor relations program is contained in <br /> a Memorandum of Agreement submitted by the League of Minnesota <br /> Cities and Labor Relations Associations , Inc. ; and <br /> WHEREAS, said program and its services are to be provided by Labor <br /> Relations Associates , Inc. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE._IT,.
