Mayor Sundland indicated the <br /> Fire Chief is the guest speaker for the Kiwanis meeting September 26th . <br /> The Manager drew the Council 's attention to the fact that, as recommended by the <br /> auditor, the proposed budget modification resolution included the source of revenue <br /> which would finance the expenditures. <br /> Moti.on by Councilman Ranallo and seconded by Councilman Makowske to adopt the <br /> resolution which authorizes the budget modifications necessary to bring the 1984 <br /> salary and fringe benefits negotiated with the unions into balance with the expendi- <br /> tures anticipated for this year. <br /> RESOLUTION 84-035 <br /> A RESOLUTION MODIFYING THE 1984 BUDGET <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Councilman Marks and seconded by Councilman Enrooth to adopt the <br /> resolution which addresses a change in assessment rolls brought by the replatting <br /> of certain properties to accomodate the reconstruction of County Road D. <br /> RESOLUTION 84-036 <br /> A RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE APPORTIONMENT <br /> OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR LOCAL IMPROVEMENTS <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Councilman Marks and seconded by Councilman Makowske to adopt the <br /> resolution which appropriates the City's share of the costs of reconstructing <br /> County Road D from Municipal State Aid Street funds. <br /> RESOLUTION 84-037 <br /> APPRECIATION OF MUNICIPAL STATE AID FUNDS <br /> TO C.S.A.H. OR T.H. PROJECT <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Councilman Marks and seconded by Mayor Sundland to adopt the resolution <br /> which establishes the trust for the employees ' deferred compensation plan. <br /> RESOLUTION 84-038 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR <br /> AND CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE <br /> THE ICMA RETIREMENT TRUST <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Councilman Makowske and seconded by Councilman Marks to adopt the <br /> resolution which authorizes the purchase of the Doppler Radar system for donation to <br /> the National Weather Service under the terms of the agreement with the Weather <br /> Service. <br />
