Ordinance since -the resident had said he had , five people <br /> living at home who .all needed cars and motorcycles'.to get <br /> back and forth to work and school. <br /> Marks suggested situations like Mr: Misiak'-s should ,be written <br /> into the Ordinance. <br /> Suhdland 1.'. -responded. :that he, didn' t .think .the'_City could• possibly ,write <br /> an ordinance--which, anticipated . every -.legitimate hardship <br /> for-which residents would be...seeking ;a variance; <br />
