EXHIBIT 1 <br /> CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION <br /> WHEREAS, the HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br /> OF ST. ANTHONY, MINNESOTA ( "Grantor" ) , by a deed (the <br /> "Deed" ) recorded in the Office of the County Recorder in and <br /> for the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota, as <br /> Document No. 01 has conveyed to WALKER SENIOR <br /> HOUSING CORPORATION, a Minnesota nonprofit corporation the <br /> land described in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part <br /> hereof , lying in the County of Hennepin and State of <br /> Minnesota ( "Subject Property" ) ; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Deed contained certain covenants and <br /> restrictions, the breach of which by Grantee, its successors <br /> and assigns , would result in the reversion of title to the <br /> Subject Property to Grantor, its successors and assigns; and <br /> WHEREAS, Grantee has fully and duly performed all <br /> of said covenants: and conditions; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby certified that all <br /> requirements of Grantee under the Deed and the Agreement <br /> referred to in the Deed with respect to the Subject Property <br /> have been completed and duly and fully performed, and the <br /> provisions for forfeiture of title and right to re-entry for <br /> breach of condition subsequent by Grantor is hereby released <br /> absolutely and forever, this instrument to be conclusive <br /> evidence of the satisfactory termination of the covenants <br /> and conditions of the Agreement referred to in the Deed as <br /> they relate to the Subject Property. <br /> Dated this day of 19817. <br /> HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br /> OF ST.
