Auto Parts Store <br /> 25 at Apache Plaza under the following conditions: <br /> 26 1 . Hours of operation would be from 11 : 00 A.M. to 11 : 00 P.M. , Monday <br /> 27 through Thursday during times District #282 schools are not in <br /> 28 session and from 11: 00 A.M. to midnight Friday and Saturday and <br /> 29 from noon to 10 : 00 P.M. on Sundays . During the time that the <br /> 30 schools are in session, the arcade can be open from 11: 00 A.M. to <br /> 31 10 : 00 P.M. , Monday through Thursday; 11 : 00 A.M. to midnight Friday <br /> 32 and Saturday; and from noon to 10 : 00 P.M. Sunday. <br /> 33 2 . A minimum of two supervisory persons, easily recognizable as such, <br /> 34 whose ages are at least 21 , would be on duty at this location <br /> 35 whenever the establishment is open. <br /> 36 3 . The malt shop/arcade shall be designated as a smoke, alcohol, and <br /> 37 drug free environment. <br /> 38 4 . During the first year of operation, the establishment will be <br /> 39 subject to review at the discretion of the City and thereafter, <br /> 40 on an annual basis with input from the Police Chief based on <br /> 41 statistics on the number and nature of calls his department has <br /> 42 to make to the establishment. <br /> • 3 <br />
