He said staff was <br /> 16 still holding discussions with the Park Board, but nothing had been <br /> 17 resolved yet. <br /> 18 City Manager Elected to Serve on the Association of Metropolitan <br /> 19 Municipalities (AMM) Board of Directors <br /> 10 Congratulations for this honor were extended to Mr. Childs by the Mayor <br /> 1 and the other Councilmembers. <br /> 22 City's Fire Insurance Rating Improved <br /> 23 There was a brief discussion of Mr. Child's report that St. Anthony had <br /> 24 been given a 115" rating in 1988, which was an improvement over the 116" <br /> 25 received the last time -the Insurance Services Office (ISO) rated <br /> 26 municipalities. This could mean a reduction in insurance rates to <br /> 27 commercial properties in the Village. <br /> 28 NEW BUSINESS <br /> 29 Mayor Sundland to Represent St. Anthony on Economic Development <br /> 30 Consortium <br /> 31 Motion by Ranallo, seconded by Marks to adopt Resolution 89-005 which <br /> 32 authorizes membership in the Hennepin County Economic Development <br /> 33 Consortium of local governments and Chambers of Commerce whose goals <br /> 34 would be achieving more effective and better coordinated economic <br /> 35 development programs throughout the County and to appoint Mayor <br /> 36 Sundland to represent the City on the Consortium. <br /> 37 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> • 11 <br />
