On or before July 15th, ACM will submit new <br /> proposals to CITY for- consideration. <br /> 12. That CITY shall pay to ACM the sum of $180 per month for <br /> Animal Control Service for the period from January 1 , 1989 <br /> through January 31 , 1990. <br /> 13. That all boarding fees for claimed animals shall be retained <br /> by ACM. CITY shall pay a boarding fee in the amount of <br /> $10.00 for each unclaimed animal . <br /> 14 . That CITY -shall pay a -boa-rd-ing fee in the amount or $6.00 <br /> per day for all unclaimed domestic animals quarantined at <br /> Animal Shelter by order of the CITY or local police agency <br /> unless paid by owner. <br /> 15. That CITY shall pay a fixed veterinary bill in the amount <br /> of $25. 00 per animal for unclaimed animals requiring medical <br /> attention. Owners claiming their animals shall be charged <br /> the veterinary bill in its entirety. <br /> 16. The charge . for animals picked up at the .request of an owner <br /> shall be charged to such owner at the rate of $35.00 per <br /> animal . For the removal of large livestock, dead or alive, <br /> • an additional charge of $25.00 per hour will be levied to <br /> CITY or owner. (i . e. cattle, horses, deer. ). <br /> 17. That CITY shall make payment to ACM on the lst day. of each <br /> month prior to service. All other fees and charges will- be <br /> billed to CITY at the end of each month. <br /> 18. That CITY shall appoint the Animal Control Officers of ACM <br /> as CITY Animal Control Officers with powers to enforce <br /> CITY animal ordinances . <br /> 19. In the event ACM picks up any unlicensed animals which are <br /> kept in the CITY , ACM shall see that arrangements are made <br /> to license said animals before being released to the owner, <br /> or agent of the owner. ACM will establish a program with <br /> local veterinarians. Shot and license will be purchased <br /> from ACM upon animal-s release. License shall be mailed <br /> out upon receipt of vaccination certificate by veterinarian. <br /> Fees will be forwarded accordingly. That CITY delegates <br /> this authority to ACM and authorizes the CITY Administrator <br /> to take any steps and do all things necessary -or incidental <br /> to the implementation of his provision. This provision may <br /> be an option to the above named CITY. <br /> 20. ACM acKnowledges that it has been provided with and has reviewed a copy <br /> • of Section 1010 of the St . Anthony Code of Ordinances , and that all <br /> aspects of the performance of this Agreement shall conform 'to the <br /> provisions of Section 1010 and any other applicable "ordinances of the <br /> .CITY". If any provision of this agreement is inconsistent with the <br /> CITY's ordinances , the provisions of the ordinances shall control . <br />
