• <br /> RESOLUTION 89-006 <br /> A RESOLUTION REQUESTING PARKING RESTRICTIONS <br /> ON SILVER LAKE ROAD <br /> WHEREAS, Ramsey County is proposing to do overlay work <br /> on Silver Lake Road, north of County Road "D" to Silver <br /> Lane; and <br /> WHEREAS, this project is State Aid refundable and thus <br /> must meet State Aid parking requirements; and <br /> WHEREAS, the existing cross sections do not provide <br /> sufficient parking areas to meet State Aid standards. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of St. <br /> Anthony hereby requests parking restrictions on Silver <br /> Lake Road, north of County Road "D" to the City's <br /> • northern corporate limits (County Road "E" ) for said <br /> proposed Ramsey County overlay project. <br /> Adopted this day of 1989 . <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br /> • <br />
