I believe that at <br /> the time of the discussions of the final plan, you had indicated <br /> that the excess parking would be in the parking lot of the <br /> proposed medical center. <br /> At this time, there is a problem with parking on the vacant lot <br /> owned by the Partnership. An asphalt or concrete parking lot <br /> must be provided by you if the excess parking will be in the <br /> vacant lot.
